Quick jotting down of workout details.
Первым применение нашел
mini Filofax Malden – использую его для записи деталей моих тренировок в спортзале.
Содержимое – просто нарезанная бумага, разделенная на 4 секции лишними разделителями от телефонной книги.
- Секция Goals – текущие фитнесс-цели
- Measurements – результаты измерений объемов тела.
- Logs – упражнения, кол-во подходов/повторов, веса, скорость и расстояния. Удобно для контроля со стороны моего тренера моих самостоятельных тренировок и постепенного увеличения нагрузки.
- Workouts – наборы упражнений от моего тренера для самостоятельных занятий.
First to find it’s usage was
Filofax Malden – I use it now to track my workout details in gym. Contents are just some paper I cut to size + several dividers (spare address book dividers in mini format)
- Goals – current fitness goals.
- Measurements – results of my monthly body measurements.
- Logs – exercise done, sets and reps, weights used, speed and distance. Very handy to have when consulting my trainer and for gradual increase of load.
- Workouts – sets from trainer for my solo workouts.

Mini Filofaxes: Finchley, Finsbury & Malden
Авито принесло удачный лот из трех мини-filofax за копейки.
Планирую использовать один для записей о моих тренировках в спортзале, остальные тоже найдут свое применение (или новых владельцев).
Первые впечатления:
>Malden лежит на столе плоско без всякой тренировки.
- мне очень нравится кожа и внутреннее устройство Finchley.
- Finsbury – очень жесткая структура, что делает его первым кандидатом на “одаривание”.

Avito (Russian service of personal ads akin to Craigslist) brought me an interesting set of 3 mini-filofax for pennies.
I plan to use one for records during my fitness workout (weights, sets etc), others will either find their uses or would be gifted away.
First impressions:
- Malden lays flat on my desk without training.
- I really like leather and internal layout of Finchley.
- Finsbury – is very stiff and therefore probably the one to be gifted away.
