В рамках уютизации жилого пространства в моей съемной квартире последние пару месяцев я искала что-то для добавления запаха в атмосферу жилища. Традиционные способы – это свечи, сушеные ароматизаторы, и я перепробовал разные варианты, но для этих форм ароматизации характерна привязка к натуральным материалам, цветам, еде… мне же хотелось чего-то более сложного.
Недавно мне довелось попробовать несколько ароматов из обширной коллекции Demeter и заодно узнать, что компания производит и ароматы для дома в виде diffuser oils. Обычные моно-ароматы Demeter недостаточно сложные и стойкие на мой вкус, чтобы их носить на себе, но у них есть несколько более “сюжетных” вещей и именно среди них нашелся вариант для моего жилища.
Thunderstorm – это запах надвигающейся летней грозы – озон, влага, травы, сладость полевых цветов, влажная горячая земля.
В формате ароматизированного масла – идеально, интенсивность регулируется количеством оставленных палочек.
Я разместила на комоде в прихожей, чтобы с порога ощущать запах.

What you really smell comes not from the air, but the ground! Plants release oils that enter the soil and blend with the other earthy odors. These odors are released into the air when the relative humidity at ground level exceeds 75 percent. Moist humid air will transmit odors far better than dry air. In these moist humid conditions we notice these odors more readily. And since rain is so often connected with moist humid air, we tend to associate one with the other.The Demeter Fragrance Thunderstorm captures this complex sensory moment perfectly.
